[Anesthesiological safety of patients during ambulatory surgery]
Abstract:
Development of primary chain of the medical aid and predominantly outstationary forms of treatment constitute one of the principal points of the Health Service system reform in our country. Modern medical technologies permit to develop such progressive forms of treatment, which are alternative to stationary one. The processes mentioned above are mostly related to surgical practice, because the quantity and complexity of operative interventions, performed in ambulatory conditions, are rising. The modern ambulatory anesthesiology, which is growing together with ambulatory surgery, constitute comparatively new, specific part of medicine, what permits to widen significantly the operations and diagnostic measures diapason in ambulatory conditions.
