Summary

This study reports two rare cases of extracranial internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysms, one atherosclerotic and one fibrodysplastic. Both patients had successful surgical outcomes with no neurological complications, highlighting effective treatment strategies for these uncommon vascular lesions.
