Objective:
The objective of our study was to evaluate the feasibility of high-resolution MR lymphangiography with intracutaneous injection of gadodiamide, a commercially available, nonionic, extracellular paramagnetic contrast agent, for the visualization of lymphatic vessels in patients with primary and secondary lymphedema.
Conclusion:
High-resolution MR lymphangiography is safe, is technically feasible, and has the potential to become a diagnostic imaging tool for patients with lymphedema.
