Abstract:
A brief semantic differential inventory intended to assess exercise-induced changes in feeling states was evaluated in applied settings. Concurrent validity was supported through significant correlations with scores on scales from the Exercise-induced Feeling Inventory which ranged from .33 to .49. Internal consistency (.93) was acceptable. The need for replication to assess relationships between exercise durations and intensities with changes in exercise-induced feelings was discussed.
