Semaphorin 3C regulates endothelial cell function by increasing integrin activity

Class 3C semaphorin (Sema 3C) promotes glomerular endothelial cell functions, including proliferation and migration. Unlike Sema 3A, Sema 3C enhances vascular development by activating integrins, similar to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
