Abstract:
This paper contains a review of present opinions on neoplastic angiogenesis with a special attention to hematologic malignancies. Methods of the evaluation of angiogenesis were discussed. The participation of circulating endothelial cells and endothelial precursors in angiogenesis was shown. The most known antiangiogenic agents were presented.
