Summary

Phacoemulsification via a temporal limbal-corneal incision temporarily increased corneal thickness, especially near the incision site. Pre-existing nasal-temporal differences in corneal thickness were also observed.

  • One day post-surgery, a significant increase in corneal thickness was observed across all locations.

Conclusions:
