Fluid temperatures during radiofrequency use in shoulder arthroscopy: a cadaveric study

Radiofrequency (RF) devices used for thermal capsulorrhaphy and subacromial decompression do not cause harmful fluid temperature increases during arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Temperatures remained safe in all tested areas, including the glenohumeral joint and subacromial space.
