IFN gamma and CXCR-1 gene polymorphisms in idiopathic bronchiectasis

This study found no link between specific gene variations and idiopathic bronchiectasis, a chronic lung disease. Investigating CXCR-1 and interferon-gamma (IFNgamma) gene polymorphisms did not reveal an association with disease susceptibility in patients.
