Summary
Mandibular trauma can cause temporal bone fractures and facial paralysis. Conservative treatment led to significant recovery of facial muscle function in a bicycle accident victim.

- CT scan revealed a left temporal bone fracture with complete facial nerve paralysis.
- Conservative management was initiated by the neurosurgical team.
Implications:
- This case highlights a rare consequence of mandibular trauma.
- Conservative treatment can yield favorable outcomes for facial nerve recovery after temporal bone fractures.
