    Summary

    Radical cystectomy with orthotopic bladder reconstruction using gastrointestinal segments was performed in 120 patients. Studer cystoplasty yielded the best functional results at 3-12 month follow-up for muscular-invasive bladder cancer.

    Context:

    • Muscular-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) necessitates radical cystectomy.
