Dose-response study of spinal hyperbaric ropivacaine for cesarean section

The effective dose of spinal hyperbaric ropivacaine for cesarean section anesthesia was determined. The 50% effective dose (ED50) was 10.37 mg and the 95% effective dose (ED95) was 15.39 mg.
