Eosinophilic cystitis simulating invasive bladder cancer: a real diagnostic challenge

Eosinophilic cystitis (EC) can present as a bladder mass mimicking cancer. Prompt diagnosis and treatment with resection, corticosteroids, antibiotics, and antihistamines lead to good outcomes.
