  • To detail the computed tomography (CT) findings associated with orbital cellulitis caused by sinusitis.
  • To correlate CT findings with clinical presentation and surgical outcomes.

  • Retrospective analysis of CT scans and medical records from 45 patients.
  • Evaluation by a radiologist and two orbital surgeons.

  • Three primary CT findings were identified: diffuse orbital fat infiltration (24.44%), subperiosteal abscess (62.23%), and orbital abscess (13.33%).
