Summary

This case study highlights the first instance of synchronous cutaneous metastases in osteosarcoma, presenting as scalp tumors at initial diagnosis. Early, aggressive treatment including chemotherapy and surgery led to a 22-month remission, suggesting skin metastases warrant similar management to other initial metastatic sites.
