Diclofenac induces basophil degranulation without increasing CD63 expression in sensitive patients

Diclofenac causes basophil degranulation, but not CD63 expression, in hypersensitive individuals. This suggests CD63 expression is unreliable for diagnosing diclofenac allergy, unlike basophil degranulation tests.
