Summary

Primary Gastric Lymphoma (PGL) is typically Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL), often presenting in the sixth decade. Stage II PGL shows successful outcomes with combined surgery and chemotherapy, with chemotherapy post-gastrectomy being optimal.
