Abstract:
The authors described a case of young patient with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL). Unspecific initial symptoms and clinical course, as well as neuroimaging findings caused many diagnostic difficulties. The diagnosis of PCNSL was finally established on the basis of stereotactic brain biopsy, after 18 months of follow-up.
