Transthoracic contrast echocardiography (TTCE) grading accurately predicts pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs) in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) patients. Higher TTCE grades correlate with a greater likelihood of PAVMs detected by CT, aiding screening decisions.
