Complete tumor removal was achieved in all patients.
Seven patients preserved hearing (4 with class one, 3 with class two).
MRI showed vestibular signal in hearing preservation cases; CT showed bony integrity in most cases.

Conclusions:

Anatomically intact vestibule on MRI is vital for hearing preservation.
Maintaining vestibular integrity is a fundamental factor for successful outcomes.
