Percutaneous nephrolithotomy with and without retrograde pyelography: a randomized clinical trial

Retrograde pyelography during percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for kidney stones does not improve outcomes. This study found no significant differences in stone clearance or other clinical results between patients who did and did not receive the procedure.
