Spatial navigation difficulties appear early in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). These navigation impairments can help monitor disease progression or evaluate presymptomatic AD.

Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • Spatial navigation tasks could serve as valuable tools for evaluating presymptomatic stages of Alzheimer's disease.
