Tonsil surgery in youths: good results with a less invasive method

Tonsillotomy with radiosurgery (TT with RF) offers reduced pain and faster recovery for teenagers and young adults compared to cold tonsillectomy (TE). Both procedures effectively address snoring and recurrent infections, but TT with RF demonstrates significantly lower postoperative morbidity.
