Summary

Aleukemic leukemia cutis, a rare skin infiltration by leukemic cells, presented as myeloid sarcoma in a young man. Despite normal blood counts, the condition proved fatal within three months.

  • Biopsy and immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of myeloid sarcoma.
  • The patient's presentation was characterized by aleukemic leukemia cutis.

Implications:

  • This case highlights the diagnostic challenge of aleukemic leukemia cutis.
