Vesicocutaneous fistula caused by giant bladder calculus

A rare case of a giant bladder calculus (a large stone in the bladder) caused a vesicocutaneous fistula, where urine drained through an abdominal wall ulcer. Surgical removal of the 350g calculus resolved the fistula.
