• To compare preoperative and pathological features of prostate cancer between Northern African, Caucasian, and Black patients undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP).

• Retrospective review of 727 patients (616 Caucasians, 61 Blacks, 50 Northern Africans) who underwent RP for localized PCa.
