High-density lipoprotein prevents organ damage in endotoxemia

High-density lipoprotein (HDL) protects against organ damage during endotoxemia. This study showed HDL reduced endotoxin-induced elevations in liver enzymes, kidney markers, and inflammatory indicators, preventing tissue injury.
