Cladribine in aggressive forms of multiple sclerosis

Cladribine treatment showed positive outcomes in six patients with aggressive relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS) who previously responded poorly to other therapies. This immunosuppressant drug reduced relapses and disability, with no serious adverse events observed.
