D-cycloserine (DCS) can improve exposure therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) by reducing distress and dropout rates. This glutamatergic partial N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) agonist shows promise in enhancing treatment efficiency.
