  • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CT-guided percutaneous celiac plexus neurolysis for upper abdominal pain.
  • To assess the rate of pain relief and complication occurrence in patients undergoing the procedure.

Summary:

  • Eight patients with upper abdominal pain underwent CT-guided percutaneous posterior celiac plexus neurolysis.
  • Pain relief was achieved in 70% of patients (5 out of 7 evaluable patients).
