Summary

A rare case of pancreatic tuberculosis (TB) mimicked pancreatic cancer in a 76-year-old woman. Endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) led to a diagnosis of pancreatic TB, enabling effective antituberculous treatment.
