Summary

Biophysical stimulation, including pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) and mechanical vibration (MECHVIB), significantly improved bone volume around titanium implants in osteoporotic rats. Mechanical vibration showed greater efficacy in enhancing bone healing.
