Child-Pugh criteria are reliable markers of efficiency of the protective therapy of the liver in patients with liver cirrhosis. The protective therapy of the liver with ursodeoxycholic acid has positive effect on main clinical signs of liver cirrhosis and enables for certainty the decrease in dystrophic and increase in reparative processes in hepatocyte, increase in survival rate of patients during two years.
