Amphetamine use can cause ischemic stroke, a serious condition affecting the brain. This case report highlights amphetamine-induced cerebral artery stenosis and its resolution over time.

- Microembolic signals indicated acute thrombosis and distal embolism.

- This case suggests amphetamine-induced vasculitis or vasospasm as a potential cause of ischemic stroke.
- Early diagnosis and management are crucial for patients with suspected drug-induced cerebrovascular events.
