Abstract:
Treatment of 119 patients with unformed intestinal fistulas on eventrated loops is analyzed. Traditional method of treatment was used at 67 (56.3%) patients, 31 (46.3%) of them died. Original method of treatment was performed at 52 (43.7%) patients, 3 (5.8%) of them died. Fistulas on eventrated loops were diagnosed at 12 (10.1%) of 119 patients. Original method of treatment permits to reduce the rate of complications, lethality and hospital stay.
