Main Methods:

  • Sixty adults (18-21 years) and sixty children (7-12 years), with equal numbers of males and females in each group, participated.
  • Participants rated their preference for popcorn with five different salt concentrations (0M, 1M, 2M, 3M, +3M) using a Likert scale.
  • Statistical analysis employed Two-way ANOVA and One-way ANOVA to assess the effects of age and sex on salt preference.
