Are problem-oriented medial records (POMR) suitable for use in GPs' daily practice?

Belgian general practitioners (GPs) are increasingly using problem-oriented patient record functions. This study found that linking treatments and referrals to patient problems improved significantly, indicating enhanced daily practice integration.
