Cortical demyelination in PML and MS: Similarities and differences

Cortical pathology is a distinct feature of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). This study compared PML and multiple sclerosis (MS) cortical lesions, noting similarities and differences in demyelination and neuritic pathology.
