Genome-wide expression profiling during protection from colitis by regulatory T cells

Regulatory T cells (Treg) protect against colitis by altering immune gene expression. Gene expression in protected mice resembles normal mice, suggesting Treg cells normalize inflammatory pathways for potential therapeutic targets.
