Measuring the Strength of Mice
Published on: June 2, 2013
Abstract:
The literature tells us that we are all getting larger. We must continue to shift our practices to make certain we have the correct tools to assess, treat, seat, and move clients who are morbidly obese. It's time for a bit of prevention--and it begins with us. Let us all start today by committing to wearing a pedometer and ensuring 10,000 steps per day. How about making that latte a grande instead of a venti. Take the stairs down if it is less than five floors. Little changes make a big difference. Change begins with you and me. The healthier we are, the better we can serve our clients.
