Long-term urinary sequelae following 125iodine prostate brachytherapy

Long-term urinary function after 125Iodine prostate brachytherapy is generally good, with most men experiencing no significant issues. A minority faced temporary urinary symptoms or required interventions, but persistent problems were rare.
