Improving the patient's experience of a bone marrow biopsy - an RCT

Nitrous oxide 50%/oxygen 50% (N(2)O/O(2)) with local anesthetic significantly reduced pain during bone marrow biopsies for men. This safe and effective analgesic warrants further study for painful procedures.
