  • Radiographic and clinical features were analyzed.
  • The lesion was histopathologically confirmed as conventional intramedullary chondrosarcoma.

Findings:

  • The observed clinical and radiographic features expanded the typical presentation of this tumor type.
  • The lesion's behavior challenged conventional understanding.
