Summary

This study presents a rare case of bilateral nasal hamartoma, a benign tumor mixture of tissues, found in the ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. Surgical removal was successful, highlighting the importance of recognizing this rare condition to avoid misdiagnosis and overtreatment.
