Abstract:
In 22 cases of acute closed-angle glaucoma, the plasma cardionatrin content was obviously elevated than in a normal control group. The variation of cardionatrin level may be the result of local ocular pathology and the stress of protective response of the organism. Whether a relationship with glaucoma existed remains to be explored.
