Abstract:
The microtechnique described uses for the immunofluorescent determination of lymphocyte surface markers 96-well microplates instead of traditional test-tubes. The article covers in detail all steps of the laboratory procedure--the isolation of lymphocytes, staining of the cells and their preparation for microscopic evaluation. The main contributions of the micromethod (reduction of costs and labour) are characterized in the discussion.
