Summary

Rising caesarean section rates increase the likelihood of encountering caesarean scar endometriosis. Complete surgical excision is an effective diagnostic and therapeutic approach for this condition.

Background:

Increasing rates of caesarean section worldwide necessitate awareness of associated complications.
Caesarean scar endometriosis is a rare but increasingly recognized condition.

Observation:

Presents three cases of caesarean scar endometriosis managed with excision biopsy.
Clinical presentation typically involves cyclical pain and a palpable mass at the scar site.

Findings:

Complete excision of the endometriotic nodule provides both diagnosis and definitive treatment.
Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) can aid in preoperative diagnosis and exclude malignancy.

Implications:

Highlights the importance of considering caesarean scar endometriosis in women with relevant symptoms.
