Smart stability-indicating spectrophotometric methods for determination of binary mixtures without prior separation

Two spectrophotometric methods, ratio subtraction and isosbestic point, accurately determine vincamine, even with degradation products. These validated methods are suitable for stability testing in pharmaceutical formulations.
