Evaluation of myocardial perfusion and function by gated SPECT in patients with Behçet's disease

Background:

  • Behçet's disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis affecting multiple organs.

  • CAG revealed normal epicardial coronary arteries in BD patients.

  • Coronary microvascular dysfunction impacts myocardial perfusion and function in BD.
