Echo planar imaging (EPI) significantly speeds up mouse spinal cord diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) acquisition times. This technique provides accurate measurements and high-resolution images, aiding in the detection of SC pathologies.
